Welcome to

Emerald Pines

19 acres of rolling woodland, Emerald Pines is a peaceful retreat where nature sets the pace. A series of tiered forest plateaus climb the mountainside, connected by winding trails that invite quiet morning strolls, afternoon adventures, and evenings beneath the stars. Throughout the property, you'll discover secluded campsites and the guest cottage tucked away under the embrace of the forest canopy. Reconnect, explore or simply enjoy the beauty this property has to offer.

Guests are welcome to gather in several shared common areas thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds, creating spaces to unwind, meet fellow travelers, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Looking for a private escape? Emerald Pines can also be reserved in its entirety for weddings, family reunions, retreats, celebrations, and other special gatherings. Event planning, setup assistance, and hosting services are available with advance arrangements.

Emerald Pines is a labor of love. Since 2024, we've been carefully restoring and reimagining this special place—clearing overgrowth and breathing new life into forgotten spaces, all while adding thoughtful touches along the way. As the property continues to grow and evolve, so will our photo gallery, giving you a glimpse of each new chapter.

Nestled in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes Region, Emerald Pines is perfectly situated for exploration. Spend your days wandering charming small towns, discovering local wineries and breweries, browsing farmers markets and unique shops, or setting out on countless hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, and state parks—all just a short drive away.

Our Mission:

To continue reinvesting into the expansion of utilities and amenities available for our overnight guest & event hosts.

To continue the transformation of the property from an overgrown hunting camp to an immersive woodland experience.

Aiding in the continued growth of our local community. From bringing in local vendors and goods to sending our guests to patron local establishments.
